Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the discount automatically applied at checkout when applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Raw Riches is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Raw Riches is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
If you believe your package was lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify Raw Riches so we can assist when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Raw Riches is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Raw Riches is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
Check around your property, mailbox, front door, or designated delivery area
Check with household members or neighbors
Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a missing package claim
Raw Riches will do our best to assist when possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Raw Riches is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or shipping method.
